At Mermaids and Stars we are doing our best to satisfy your needs and we want you to love your online purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied, or you simply change your mind, you can return your items within 14 days of receiving your order by following next steps:

  • Please contact us at info@mermaidsandstars.com quoting your order number for instructions on how to return your item.

The purchased item you wish to return must be received by us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notify that we have received your returned item. A full refund of the item/s (excluding any delivery charges) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.

Please note that items received outside of the specified returns period will not be accepted.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for paying for your own costs returning your items.

All sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Tarnishing or discolouration due to chemical contact is not a fault. Please see our care instructions on how to avoid this.

For Hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty.

FAULTY ITEMS

Mermaids and Stars jewelry is handmade and is quality checked before we send it to you. In case of a faulty/broken item, we will exchange the products within 3 months of purchasing with the bellow information included:

  • your order number,
  • your full name and address,
  • picture of the broken jewelry with a brief description.

Pack your faulty jewelry in the original packaging following the instructions we give you via email.
